Employee participation

Our firm specialises in the law on employee participation. Our firm acts on behalf of both companies and institutions, and Works Councils. Within the field of employee participation emotions can sometimes run high. For this reason it is very important for both the management and the Works Council that employee participation projects are carefully worked through. In doing so it is of primary importance to put in place a good strategy. Due to our years of experience we are familiar with the dynamics of these employee participation projects.

Within the employee participation practice we regularly deal with the following specific areas:
 
• supervising advisory and approval projects;
• dealing with cases before the district judge and the Enterprise Division;
• setting up (new) employee participation structures;
• drawing up the constitution of a Works Council;
• advising on elections, coaching and supporting Works Council members;
